Terms and discounts

check-in: from 07.00 to 11.00 and from 17.00 to 23.00;
check-out: from 07.00 to 11.00;
children aged between 4 and 10 years old: € 10,00 per bed;
children under 3 years old stay free;
long periods: till 15-20% discount on total reservation (every situation will be considered in relation to the period and the type of accommodation).

Payment conditions

in order to confirm your reservation you must send a bank transfer/postal order of 30% of the total (50% for the booking of a night);
for last minute reservations you can confirm without any payment in advance;
payment of the balance, when you arrive, is possible in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation of the booking

It’s expected the repayment of’ the paid amount, less € 15.00 for bank and/or postal charges, if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the agreed date of arrival.
It is not due any refund if the cancellation is made 30 days prior to the reservation. The direction, however, gives you the possibility to use the deposit to another booking in low season within the year.
If the customer doesn’t take possession of the accommodation within the next day that fixed without communication delays, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund is due.
If the direction of the B&B was forced to cancel the booking, the same direction will warn you in time and, if possible, it will propose an alternative.
Clams received after completing the period of stay, won’t be taken into account. The reservation means that you will accept in full this regulation.

Once in the apartment, it will need provide your identity card and your booking coupon;
The day of departure, we don’t accept any luggage in custody and you must leave the room not later than 10.00 o’clock, in order to allow the final cleaning of the rooms. A delay will be charged as an additional night;
Breakfast is served at the time you have accorded the day before, not later than 8.30 A.M.;
Don’t smoke inside your room, but you can only in the balcony.
Don’t come friends, relatives or other people who don’t stay in the b&b, into your room;
Total silence must be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. In no way and at any time of the day you can harm the tranquility of the others.
Keep clean and tidy your room;
Don’t wander, inside the b&b, wearing a clothing that could offend the decency of the others;
Every guest must indemnify some damages caused to the b&b, or the improper uses of the additional equipment.
Every guest, at the end of his stay, will return us the keys. In case of loss of them, a compensate will be held;
Take care to switch off all the lights, the air conditioners and the other equipment in your room, when you go out;
No pets are allowed inside the structure;
The payment is anticipate.

THE RESPECT OF OUR REGULATION IS OBLIGATORY. OTHERWISE OUR DIRECTION WILL BE FORCED TO NOT ALLOW YOUR STAY LONGER.
