- 320 g of bucatini pasta
- 600 grams of fresh sardines
- 4 anchovies (or sardines) salted or pickled
- 250 g fennel
- 50 g pinenuts
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g almonds
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 70 g of white onion or spring onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp saffron
